British Media ran several stories on how Altaf Hussain is controlling Karachi from his lavish sofa in North London.

Altaf Hussain is a convicted criminal. As Ardeshir Cowasjee notes  "...Party chief Altaf Hussain, who fled the country and is now in residence in London with a British passport in his pocket.
